§ 27-8-12-2 — "Certificate" defined

Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 8 LIFE, ACCIDENT, AND HEALTH·Ch. 12 Long Term Care Insurance
As used in this chapter, "certificate" means a document issued to a member of the group covered under a group insurance policy, which policy has been delivered or issued for delivery in Indiana, to signify that the individual named in the certificate is covered under the policy.
