§ 27-8-12-17 — Group policies issued in another state; requirements
Group long term care insurance may not be
offered to a resident of Indiana under a group policy issued in another
state unless the commissioner determines that the group long term care
insurance policy substantially complies with insurance requirements
similar to those established under this chapter.
