5.
(a)A member shall comply with the
association's plan of operation.
(b)A member assessment under section 2.1 of this chapter is due
not more than thirty (30) days after the member receives written notice
of the assessment. A member that pays an assessment after the due date
shall pay interest on the assessment at the rate of six percent (6%) per
annum.
