Indiana Statutes
§ 27-8-1-17 — Noncompliance; violations
An officer, agent, or employee of a
corporation or association who knowingly permits the corporation or
association to do business in Indiana, unless it has complied with the
laws of this state applicable to the same, commits a Class B
misdemeanor.
