Text

Said bond of treasurer shall be examined as to its efficiency annually by the state comptroller, and it shall then be renewed if the state comptroller shall deem the present bond insufficient. Said bond shall be recorded in the recorder's office in the county in this state in which one (1) of the incorporators resides, and a certified copy of said record shall, by said recorder, be forwarded to the state comptroller, who shall file and preserve the same in the state comptroller's office.
