§ 27-7-9-11 — Report to commissioner
An insurer that enters into a reinsurance agreement with the commissioner under section 9 of this chapter shall:
(1)report the amounts of premiums collected, at times designated
by the commissioner; and
(2)present an itemized list of losses paid, including the policy
number and the location of the structures, semiannually on dates
selected by the commissioner.
