§ 27-7-6-7 — Proof of mailing notice
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 7 SPECIAL TYPES OF INSURANCE·Ch. 6 Cancellation of Automobile Insurance Policies
Proof of mailing of notice of cancellation, or of
intention not to renew or of reasons for cancellation, to the named
insured at the address shown in the policy shall be sufficient proof of
notice.
