5.
(a)A domestic corporation admitted to do
business as described in section 3 of this chapter is subject to the
following:
(1)IC 27-1-6-21.
(2)IC 27-1-7-11.
(3)IC 27-9.
(b)A foreign corporation admitted to do business as described in
section 3 of this chapter is subject to IC 27-1-17-9.
