The bureau may collect data from its members under this chapter, including:

(1)claims data;
(2)policy data such as policy number, policy term, and employer and employee identification information; and
(3)proof of coverage data such as employer identification information, classification information, carrier information, agency identification information, premium information, and payroll data. Unless this chapter specifically states otherwise, all data collected by the bureau from its members is confidential and shall not be disclosed or disseminated to third parties unless consented to by the bureau.
