Text

The management of the bureau shall furnish to all members of the bureau complete information concerning each rejected risk and any member of such bureau may write any rejected risk as regular business in which event the risk so written shall no longer be treated as provided for in section 29 of this chapter. If, at expiration, the risk is still uninsured on voluntary basis, it shall automatically be insured as provided in section 29 of this chapter. Formerly: Acts 1935, c.323, s.34.
