§ 27-7-2-11 — Approval of classifications, premiums, or rates; consultations with worker's compensation board; duty of board to furnish information
(a)In approving classifications, premiums, or
rates, the department may in all cases consult with the worker's
compensation board or member thereof. The department may also
consult with the worker's compensation board or members thereof on
any other matter arising under this chapter.
(b)The worker's compensation board shall furnish the department
all available information at its disposal and permit the department to
have access to all records of the worker's compensation board which
the department may wish to consult in the performance of its duties
under this chapter.
