§ 27-7-18-8 — "Provider"
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 7 SPECIAL TYPES OF INSURANCE·Ch. 18 Third Party Access to Dental Provider Networks
(a)As used in this chapter, "provider" means:
(1)a dentist licensed under IC 25-14; or
(2)a dental office through which one (1) or more dentists licensed
under IC 25-14 provide dental services.
(b)The term does not include a physician organization or physician
hospital organization that leases or rents the network of the physician
organization or physician hospital organization network to a third party.
