§ 27-7-18-2 — "Covered individual"
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 7 SPECIAL TYPES OF INSURANCE·Ch. 18 Third Party Access to Dental Provider Networks
As used in this chapter, "covered individual" means an individual who is entitled to:
(1)dental services; or
(2)coverage of dental services;
through a provider network contract.
