§ 27-7-18-18 — Prohibition on waiver
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 7 SPECIAL TYPES OF INSURANCE·Ch. 18 Third Party Access to Dental Provider Networks
The provisions of this chapter cannot be waived by contract. A contract provision that:
(1)conflicts with this chapter; or
(2)purports to waive any requirements of this chapter;
is null and void.
