§ 27-7-18-16 — Prohibition on rejecting provider based on nonparticipation

When entering into a provider network
contract with providers, a contracting entity shall not reject a provider
as a party to the provider network contract because the provider
chooses or has chosen under section 11(b)(1)(A) of this chapter not to
participate in third party access.
