§ 27-7-18-15 — Copy of contract upon request
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 7 SPECIAL TYPES OF INSURANCE·Ch. 18 Third Party Access to Dental Provider Networks
A contracting entity that is a party to a
provider network contract shall make a copy of the provider network
contract relied on in the adjudication of a claim available to a
participating provider not more than thirty (30) days after the date of
the participating provider's request.
