§ 27-7-18-13 — Notification of termination
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 7 SPECIAL TYPES OF INSURANCE·Ch. 18 Third Party Access to Dental Provider Networks
A contracting entity that is a party to a
provider network contract shall notify a third party granted third party
access as described in section 11(a) of this chapter of the termination
of the provider network contract not more than thirty (30) days after the
date of the termination.
