§ 27-7-15-2 — "Group"
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 7 SPECIAL TYPES OF INSURANCE·Ch. 15 Group Non-Trucking Liability Insurance
As used in this chapter, "group" means a group of individuals who:
(1)have similar professional attributes;
(2)belong to the group for purposes other than that of obtaining
insurance; and
(3)are eligible to purchase motor vehicle insurance.
