§ 27-7-14-5 — "Group motor vehicle insurance policy"

Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 7 SPECIAL TYPES OF INSURANCE·Ch. 14 Group Insurance for Members of the Armed Forces

As used in this chapter, "group motor vehicle insurance policy" means a policy of insurance that provides motor vehicle insurance to participating members of the armed forces under one (1) master policy:

(1)that is issued to a group administrator; and
(2)under which individual certificates, each with separate limits of liability and coverage, are issued to participating group members.
