Text
If a policy of insurance described in section 1 of this chapter does not provide coverage for flood damage:
(1)the policy jacket must contain a prominently printed notice
stating; or
(2)the policyholder must be given written notice when the policy
is issued, or upon the first renewal after December 31, 2001;
that coverage for flood damage may be available through the National
Flood Insurance Program.
