§ 27-7-10-3 — "Domicile" defined

Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 7 SPECIAL TYPES OF INSURANCE·Ch. 10 Risk Retention Groups

As used in this chapter to determine the state in which a purchasing group is domiciled, "domicile" means the following:

(1)For a corporation, the state in which the purchasing group is incorporated.
(2)For an unincorporated entity, the state of its principal place of business.
