§ 27-6-6-1 — Subscribers; authority to exchange reciprocal or interinsurance contracts; title insurance exception

Individuals, partnerships, limited liability companies, and corporations of this state, hereby designated "subscribers," are hereby authorized to exchange reciprocal or interinsurance contracts with each other or with individuals, partnerships, limited liability companies, and corporations of other states and countries, providing indemnity among themselves from any loss which may be insured against under the fire or casualty classifications as authorized by the insurance laws of this state, except title insurance.
