Text

From and after April 1, 1963, any reciprocal exchange authorized to make insurance under the provisions of IC 27-1 may be authorized to reinsure any other reciprocal exchange or insurance company authorized to make insurance pursuant to the provisions of IC 27-1, under the same regulations and restrictions as are applicable to insurance companies authorized to make insurance pursuant to IC 27-1.
