Text
A farm mutual insurance company may
engage in the business of insurance in any location in Indiana other
than a first class city. However, a farm mutual insurance company may
continue to insure property in a first class city in Indiana if the
insurance policy under which the property is insured was originally
issued before July 1, 2003, or if the insurance policy was originally
issued before the city became a first class city.
