If the commissioner determines, after notice and a hearing under IC 4-21.5, that a farm mutual insurance company has violated a provision of this article or a rule or order issued under this article, the commissioner may issue an order requiring the farm mutual insurance company to refrain from the unlawful practice or to take an affirmative action that the commissioner considers necessary to carry out the purposes of this article.
