Text
(a)The commissioner may examine the
affairs of a farm mutual insurance company under IC 27-1-3.1.
(b)The commissioner may take an action that may protect a
policyholder's interest if the commissioner determines that a farm
mutual insurance company conducts business in a manner that is:
(1)contrary to law applying to a farm mutual insurance company;
or
(2)detrimental to policyholder interests.
