§ 27-4-10-3 — "Dental provider"
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 4 UNFAIR COMPETITION; UNAUTHORIZED·Ch. 10 Virtual Claim Payments for Dental Care Services
As used in this chapter, "dental provider" means:
(1)a dentist licensed under IC 25-14; or
(2)a dental office that provides billing and administrative
services for one (1) or more dentists licensed under IC 25-14 who
provide dental care through the dental office.
