§ 27-4-1-9 — Judicial review
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 4 UNFAIR COMPETITION; UNAUTHORIZED·Ch. 1 Unfair Competition; Unfair or Deceptive Acts and
Any party to a proceeding under this chapter,
including any intervenor, may obtain judicial review under IC 4-21.5-5.
