(a)Any person required by an order of the commissioner under section 6 of this chapter to cease and desist from engaging in any unfair method of competition or any unfair or deceptive act or practice defined in section 4 of this chapter may obtain judicial review of such order under IC 4-21.5-5.
(b)The commissioner may file a petition for civil enforcement of an order under IC 4-21.5-6. Formerly: Acts 1947, c.112, s.7. As amended by P.L.252-1985, SEC.148; P.L.7-1987, SEC.147.
