§ 27-4-1-3 — Prohibited use of unfair methods of competition and deceptive acts or practices

No person shall engage in this state in any trade
practice which is defined in this chapter or determined pursuant to this
chapter as an unfair method of competition or as an unfair or deceptive
act or practice in the business of insurance as defined in IC 27-1-2-3.
