§ 27-4-1-10 — Application of other laws
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 4 UNFAIR COMPETITION; UNAUTHORIZED·Ch. 1 Unfair Competition; Unfair or Deceptive Acts and
No order of the commissioner under this
chapter or judgment of a court to enforce the same shall in any way
relieve or absolve any person affected by such order from any liability
under any other statute of this state.
