§ 27-2-29-5 — "Policy of accident and sickness insurance"
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 2 POWERS AND DUTIES OF INSURERS·Ch. 29 Transition from Affordable Care Act to Medicare
As used in this chapter, "policy of accident and
sickness insurance" means a policy or contract providing one (1) or
more of the kinds of insurance described in Class 1(b) or 2(a) of IC 27-1-5-1.
