§ 27-2-25-1 — "Coverage"
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 2 POWERS AND DUTIES OF INSURERS·Ch. 25 Health Carrier Good Faith Estimates
As used in this chapter, "coverage" means the right of an individual to receive:
(1)health care services; or
(2)payment or reimbursement for health care services;
from a health carrier.
