Text
An insurer may, to the extent permitted by
law, disclose the minimum necessary personal information about a
person or a beneficiary to an individual or entity reasonably believed
by the insurer to possess the ability to assist the insurer in locating the
beneficiary or another individual or entity that is entitled to payment of
the claim proceeds.
