Indiana Statutes
§ 27-2-21-14 — "Personal insurance policy"
As used in this chapter, "personal insurance policy" means a policy that:
(1)provides one (1) or more of the kinds of insurance described
in Class 2 or Class 3 of IC 27-1-5-1; and
(2)is underwritten on an individual basis for personal, family, or
household use.
