§ 27-2-20-3 — Adoption of rules
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 2 POWERS AND DUTIES OF INSURERS·Ch. 20 Disclosure of Nonpublic Personal Financial Information
The commissioner may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to implement this chapter. These rules:
(1)must be consistent with; and
(2)may not be more restrictive than;
the standards contained in 15 U.S.C. 6801 et seq.
