§ 27-2-19-1 — "Governmental agency" defined
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 2 POWERS AND DUTIES OF INSURERS·Ch. 19 Fraud Investigation Information Exchange
As used in this chapter, "governmental agency" means any:
(1)department;
(2)division;
(3)public agency;
(4)political subdivision; or
(5)other public instrumentality;
of a political subdivision, the state of Indiana, or the federal
government.
