§ 27-2-18-8 — Time of filing
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 2 POWERS AND DUTIES OF INSURERS·Ch. 18 Disclosure of Material Transactions
The report required in section 7 of this chapter
must be filed not later than fifteen (15) days after the end of the
calendar month in which the transaction that requires the filing
occurred.
