Text
If an insurer has reason to believe that a vehicle theft claim made by an insured is fraudulent, the insurer shall:
(1)notify, in writing, an authorized agency of the suspected
fraudulent claim; and
(2)provide the agency with all material developed from the
insurer's inquiry into the claim.
