Text

As used in this chapter: "Authorized agency" means the state police, the prosecuting attorney responsible for prosecutions in the county where the theft occurred, or any law enforcement agency. "Insurer" means an insurance company. "Relevant" means information having any tendency to make the existence of any fact that is of consequence to the investigation or determination of an allegedly fraudulent vehicle theft claim more probable or less probable than it would have been without the evidence. As added by Acts 1981, P.L.246, SEC.1.
