§ 27-2-10-5 — Exemption of arbitrage transactions
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 2 POWERS AND DUTIES OF INSURERS·Ch. 10 Equity Securities of Insurance Companies
The provisions of sections 1, 2, and 3 of this
chapter shall not apply to foreign or domestic arbitrage transactions
unless made in contravention of such rules as the insurance
commissioner may adopt in order to carry out the purposes of this
chapter.
