§ 27-19-2-15 — "Public health insurance program"
(a)"Public health insurance program" refers
to health coverage provided under a state or federal government
program.
(b)The term includes the following:
(1)Medicaid (42 U.S.C. 1396 et seq.).
(2)The healthy Indiana plan established by IC 12-15-44.5-3.
(3)The children's health insurance program established under IC 12-17.6.
