§ 27-17-2-1 — Requirements to transact business
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 17 DISCOUNT MEDICAL CARD PROGRAM·Ch. 2 Registration of Discount Medical Card Program
A discount medical card program organization may not transact business in Indiana unless the discount medical card program organization is:
(1)authorized to transact business in Indiana; and
(2)registered under this chapter.
