§ 27-17-14-1 — Civil penalties

Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 17 DISCOUNT MEDICAL CARD PROGRAM·Ch. 14 Violations

The department may impose a civil penalty of:

(1)at least five hundred dollars ($500); and
(2)not more than fifty thousand dollars ($50,000); for each violation of this article.
