§ 27-17-10-2 — Notification; hearing
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 17 DISCOUNT MEDICAL CARD PROGRAM·Ch. 10 Suspension or Revocation of Registration
If the department has cause to believe that grounds for the suspension or revocation of a registration under this article exist, the department shall:
(1)notify the discount medical card program organization in
writing specifically stating the grounds for suspension or
revocation; and
(2)pursue a hearing under IC 4-21.5.
