§ 27-16-4-7 — Rules

Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 16 PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYER ORGANIZATIONS·Ch. 4 Registration

The department shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to provide for registration of a PEO without compliance with this chapter and IC 27-16-6 by the commissioner's acceptance of an affidavit or a certification:

(1)provided by a bonded, independent, and qualified assurance organization that has been approved by the commissioner; and

(2)that certifies the qualifications of a professional employer organization.
