Text
All petitions for judicial review of, and any action challenging the validity of or arising out of:
(1)the approval or disapproval of; or
(2)any action proposed to be taken under;
any order or determination of the commissioner in connection with a
plan of conversion under this article must be filed not later than thirty
(30)days after the order or determination is issued by the
commissioner.
