Text

All information, documents, and copies of information and documents obtained by or disclosed to the commissioner or to any other person in the course of an examination or approval of a plan under this article:

(1)are declared confidential for purposes of IC 5-14-3-4(a)(1);
(2)shall be given confidential treatment;
(3)are not subject to subpoena; and
(4)shall not be made public by the commissioner or any other person, except to insurance departments of other states with the prior written consent of the applicant.
