§ 27-13-9-2 — Notice of change in operation of health maintenance organization
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 13 HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS·Ch. 9 Information to Enrollees or Subscribers
Not more than thirty (30) days after any
material change in the operation of a health maintenance organization
that will directly affect the subscribers or enrollees of the organization,
the health maintenance organization shall provide notice of the change
to the subscribers or enrollees affected by the change.
