§ 27-13-40-3 — Persons to be provided comparison sheets
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 13 HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS·Ch. 40 Patient Protection; Health Maintenance Organization
A health maintenance organization shall provide a completed health maintenance organization comparison sheet to the following:
(1)Upon request, to an enrollee or subscriber or to the enrollee's
or subscriber's employer.
(2)As part of the health maintenance organization's marketing
materials, to a person or an employer that may be interested in
purchasing or obtaining coverage under a group contract or
individual contract offered by the health maintenance
organization.
